By purchasing any online services listed on this site, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.
Professional medical clearance/advice: Always seek professional medical advice from your doctor before starting any Train With Luce programme (including fitness workouts/dietary advice), to ensure it is safe for you to take part in workouts and/or make changes to your diet. This is especially important if you are at risk (due to family history) of any conditions like heart disease, bad cholesterol, obesity, high blood pressure, chest pain, and/or bone/joint problems. If you feel dizzy, faint, or experience shortness of breath during one of our in-app workouts, you should immediately stop and consult your doctor.
Liability waiver: You recognise the risk of entering in any physical activity and agree to be solely liable for any physical injury, illness or damage to your property that may occur while taking part in any Train With Luce programmes and release Train With Luce (and those connected with Train With Luce) from any liability.
Online personal training and nutritional guidance services: subject to change at the discretion of Train With Luce include; training programmes, macronutrient/nutritional targets/dietary advice, demonstration videos, supplement guidance, weekly or monthly reviews, progress photos comparisons (if applicable), support via in-app messenger, phone call/Facetime, and email.
Expected Results: while we believe that for most people, following Train With Luce programmes and methods will lead to desired results, all exercise programmes depend on you as the individual. Your results will be affected by your own effort and commitment, however in some circumstances even where an individual follows a Train With Luce programme, they may not achieve the desired results. In the event of disappointment, unfortunately no refund will be given.
Payments: for online fitness/nutritional coaching services; full upfront or monthly payments are excepted via Stripe in the app.
Return, refund and cancellation policy: Unfortunately for lumpsum packages, Train With Luce policy is not to offer refunds once a block has been paid for. However should you feel your situation to be of special circumstance then please get in contact with Train With Luce within 30 days of purchase and we shall consider your individual request. If you the client wish to end your monthly online personal training package you are required to give one full months' notice, at least 5 working days prior to your regular monthly payment being taken (example: if your subscription payment comes out on the 15th of every month, please give notice before the 10th, to inform me of your final month of payment), via formal email only. All services will be available to you, up to the end of your contract.
Termination of package: Failure to make monthly Stripe payment via the app to Train With Luce within one week of due date or failure to make full upfront payment within 3 days of commencing a new lumpsum package will result in termination of package. Any inappropriate behaviour/language or refusal to adhere to Train With Luce recommended safety measures within the program will result in termination of package without refund.
Intellectual property: You do not have permission to share or sell training programs/nutritional information provided to you with any other parties/persons not working directly with Train With Luce. Train With Luce also reserves the right to use images provided during the course of your online training program for marketing uses. You will be notified prior to any images that will be used with options to have your identity hidden.
