Once you start coaching, you will have access to the Train With Luce app.
On your very own profile you can:
1) Access your weekly schedule of workouts, and track your progress on the go.
2) Record your food/drink intake and receive dietary feedback from your coach.
3) Upload private full-body photos to track your 'before & after' transformation.
4) Chat with your coach (direct messaging, broadcast messaging and ongoing feedback).
5) Sync your health apps with the Train With Luce app, so everything is in one place (FitBit, Apple Watch, MyFitnessPal etc).
All workouts are specifically tailored to you, your fitness level and your preferences; available for you to follow live within the Train With Luce app (up to 4 workouts/week).
So all you need to do is put on your gym kit, open the app, and hit start workout!
Every 4-6 weeks your workouts will be made a little bit harder so you continue to improve and don't get bored of the same thing!
There is an option to send private videos of you performing any exercise/lift at the end of your workout, so Luce can help correct your technique.
You will be able to watch video demonstrations of every exercise on your workout within the app, so you never get confused with gym-jargon, and know exactly what to do!
With ongoing support from Luce your coach, you will learn how to make changes to your diet for optimal results, improved mood, and better general health.
All you need to do is track your daily intake:
1) Using MyFitnessPal which can sync with the app.
2) Or by taking photos of your meals throughout the day and uploading them to the app.
Every week Luce will be sure to schedule in a 1-1 catch up call with you...
This is an opportunity to receive professional feedback on your progress and also to talk through any personal challenges you might have experienced throughout the week for added support.

Not everyone can commit to meeting a personal trainer at the gym each week, due to work commitments, family, and not to mention the financial cost per hour! Which is why we wanted to create a flexible service that offered all of the same support and more, at an affordable price!
Nope! You can opt for home workouts only; a hybrid of home & gym workouts together; or just gym workouts! We work around you.
Not at all! You can opt for a one-off plan to suit your goals, or opt for a rolling 1-month plan where you can cancel at any time with 1 month's notice. We do recommend a minimum of 3 months, so you get results that last (crash diets, and extreme training regimes simply don't work).
